General Application
The PNEUPAC MODEL 2150 AIR FLOW packer is capable of packing a wide variety
of dry products ranging in particle size from 325 mesh to 3/8". The machine is
designed to fill valve bags of either paper or plastic.
Several configurations are offered, dependent upon the characteristics of the
products being packaged.
The machine utilizes low pressure air from a blower or other high volume
source to fluidize the product and force it into the bag under low pressure. The
machine is controlled electrically and the major actuators are air cylinder
operated devises.
Features
- Framework is structural steel tubing. All mechanisms are easily accessed
for service.
- Hopper transition goes from round to triangular for maximum flow of
product. Hopper bottom cover is easily dropped for service.

environments. Poppet seats can be changed without removing piping.
- Inlet butterfly valve has inflatable seat to extend the seat life. The
unit is powered with a rotary actuator.
- Scale system is rugged load-cell and single anti-sway flexure with a
resolution of .2 ounces.
- Pinch Gate is air opened and closed for rapid response to cut-off signal.
Single-stage or two-stage (bulk/trim) sequence is available.
- Bag clamp uses toggle type air cylinder for good rigidity without side
loading. Urethane bumper is easily replaced when worn.
- Pneumatic controls are rugged directional control valves which operate
without lubrication.
- Electrical logic is provided by the exclusive PAC 21 AUTOPAK 3000, a
superior control package in a single touch screen board. This board is the
product of over ten years of development and offers auto-tare, check weigh
feedback, touch panel input of desired bag weights, statistics and several
other customized features.
