PAC 21 is proud of its Chief Designer Will Durant and his accomplishments over 40 years of service to the packaging industry. Since Will's beginning at the H.L. Stoker Company in 1959, he has received 16 U.S. patents for innovative devices ranging from electronic scales to complete packing centers. He has also served as a consultant to several organizations to assist in the design of packaging systems.

In 1995, Will opened PAC 21 with a complete new line of automatic packaging equipment offering many significant improvements over older machines.
